The Office of Faculty Development and the Program in Writing and Communication will host a writing retreat for assistant Professors on Dec. 11, 2024 in the Bioscience Research Collaborative (BRC).
This retreat is designed to give assistant professors (1) time to focus on their writing, (2) support for building effective writing habits and strategies, and (3) the option to receive individual feedback on a current project. Most of the retreat agenda will be devoted to quiet writing time, during which one-on-one consultations will be available. Mealtimes will be used for group discussions on topics of interest to the group.
