This training will highlight Clemson’s University Professional Internship Cooperative (UPIC) program that aligns student learning outcomes with working experiences on campus. Clemson University has found that students who participate in UPIC are 20% more likely to have a job offer upon graduation. The training will focus on how Clemson developed their on-campus internships through a three-phase process and how you can adapt similar practice/techniques to your own campus.
